I got the memo from a friend.  I no longer write for Fidelity National having moved over to ORT who I find to be more in tune with the needs of small indpendent title agents. Anyway, take a look at the "corrective affidavit" we are dealing with here in Maryland, a copy of which I am sending you via e-mail.
