Over-regulation is how we got to this point in the first place.  Doing more of what caused the problem is no solution.  While I would agree that a certain amount of regulation is a necessary evil at best, adding another new layer of bureaucracy to the mix is going to make things worse.

As far as no one in Washington looking out for ordinary people...well, we're gonna try to fix that this coming November.
