Option 1: You should stop doing their work until they are paid up.  No one should hang in there with a bad paying company.    I have had my share of this as well and know the catch 22 it puts you in.  I just don't think you should be telling other abstractors to hang in there because they are swell guys.  They are not.  They are taking advantage of you and no matter what kind words you spray on Source of Title about them "trying", it is not going to get them to pay you any faster.  I feel for you, I do and I hope you get paid.  Here is my prediction, they will get almost caught up and then fell way behind again.  You will keep going through this viscous cycle with them over and over again.  As a company, they have bad character and that will not change until they get all new management.  Good Luck Alex.
