I agree. Requesting bank account numbers, drivers license information AND social security numbers for all employees while requiring a release indemnifying all of their employees for any liability regarding such sensitive information is way too intrusive for me. We declined to work for them unless and until this policy is changed. It's too easy to have your identity stolen without giving someone all the information on a silver platter. That being said, Federico and James have been very nice and I hope to work with them when these policies are changed.
