Mr. Alvey should have also received a "courtesy call" from Sgt. Millsted of the Westlake PD by now as well.

Should Mr. Alvey feel inclined to threaten me again, I'll be pressing formal charges. I was feeling generous Mr Alvey by not filing a complaint, don't make me regret that decision.
