Got a very pleasant email from Federico as well, but I can't see the need for some of the information they request.  I am not looking to go in-house with them, so why do they need to verify my identity with me turning over my driver's license information to them.  And what's up with some of the questions about felony convictions, bankruptcy & the like.  I can see them reasonably asking if I've had any claims on my E&O, but the other questions are pretty much over the top.
