I found Federico to be very patient and understanding.  I asked several very pointed questions that could have easily been taken the wrong way, but instead of reacting with anger, he answered my concerns calmly and clearly.  (BTW, they do NOT work like ValuAm.  Not sure where someone got that idea. Might just have been a misunderstanding somewhere.)

Unfortunately, Altisource and I cannot come to an agreement so I won't be working with them, but if they change one of their policies, I would pick them up as a new client in a heartbeat.
