That was a really good article... I think the author is right on the money.  This is why something needs to be done with MERS, as H.R. 6460 would have done.  I hope that the bill gets reintroduced soon.

If it is reintroduced, I hope they do it without the study that has been so controversial.  Not because I think the study is bad, but because I'd love to see how ALTA could oppose it without such a provision.
