Thanks again- The reason for my asking was to establish how much is being charged for my title work as compare to how much I am being paid-it all comes down to liability "if" a claim were to occur. If they are adding fees then they also have a percentage of the liability for the title, again, if a claim were to occur, just something to keep in mind.
