Oh, I forgot.  Like Diane, we always run a copy of the breakdown of the Title Insurance and Settlement fees so the borrower will be aware of what the individual costs are.  In addition, we have the borrower sign an acknowledgement of receipt of this document and a copy is placed in their closing package to take home.
