Not only do I perform title searches for my attorney clients, but I also prepare the closing packages including the HUD-1 for them, as well as the title insurance.  In SC, per my experience, we are including my fees both for the title abstract as well as for the title update to record in the 1101 section, with the name of my company noting to whom it is disbursed.  This is done due to the fact that the attorney orders the search from me directly, and the borrower has no say.  (I will say, though, that with my connections, most of the time,  I am able to obtain a back title policy or back abstracts, thereby saving the client money.)
