People who troll blogs and sites, being rude and often profane, possibly threatening.  Continuing to visit sites they claim to disagree with and posting repeatedly.  Happens a lot on blogs.  You get one guy who rails against the viewpoint of the author yet keeps coming back to be abusive til the blog author usually gets sick of them and bans them. 

Not that it would ever happen here
