Regina, it's important to vet the companies you do business with  - technology companies won't be interested in your fees/client lists.  Whereas, if you partner with a company that has one foot in technology and one foot in the commercial side of the business- it would be a conflict of interest.  I represent a company that is 100% technology company and do not do title abstracting.
