If you truly want to be an abstractor...you need to go to the county clerk's offices and get acquainted with all of the books and information available...  Where do you think your "title plant" got all its information...?   In other words...start out as a "boots on the ground" searcher like most of the rest of us have done... and learn the business from the ground up...
