I have provided ACH information verbally and in writing multiple times (which I now kinda regret) and I have spoken with several people and sent dozens of emails. The level of disfunction is on a scale that I have never encountered. After 6 months we have told them that we will not process any more work and intend to turn them over to collections and they didn't even blink. It almost feels like a scam.
