Greetings from out here in the closing weeds!
I get this all the time with the big box lenders. I tell then NO, I require 2 full days to prep a file for closing, the lender was notified of this via written instructions, when I issue the CPL. Even if they push the control of scheduling to the agents, I rule my calendar. PERIOD. Mistakes are made when we rush. How many times have you been told the lender has issued the final CD, when you haven't provided final numbers for that CD????? Lender's have now found a way around TRID & the CFPB. Stay strong, rule your calendar & do not let them push you around.
