What would that prove? That you are drug and alcohol free, or at least that day anyway(just generalizing, not casting aspersions on your character). How would that even begin to take into account all the abstractors that are your contractors, or any office personnel? Are we supposed to demand the same from all of them?
You have E&O coverage, that should suffice. It's about having coverage for errors, not a deep dive in anyone's personal life. It's all public information anyways. What information are any of us receiving that we could do anything with that isn't already readily available to anyone who wants to go bother looking for it?
That is such an overreach, that I would turn it down.
