I've been in this industry since 1985. Arguably, title examiners use these systems more than anyone outside of actual clerk's office employees yet we are never asked our opinions on any of these systems. The companies that provide these systems also never ask for input before the systems/programs are designed. Programmers and code writers have never searched titles yet they design these systems they think work best without consulting with those who use their systems daily. It really makes no sense. Very frustrating to be forced to use something that doesn't really work that ultimately affects our bottom line $$$$.
