This is a great company to work for. Yes it may seem to be a lot to go through to sign up with them. I have read other replies from abstractors about what they need from you to register with them and it is not the normal ie drivers license proof of insurance naming them has the certificate holder on your title insurance etc. But it has paid off. I generally get a steady work load and they pay very quickly.

The staff I work with are extremely helpful and respond back to your concerns/questions very timely. I must mention that one person in particular has really helped me recently, Dawn Chitwood. She is very helpful and knowledgable. She keeps me informed as to changes that go on and the proper usage of forms that they require on certain search procedures. Also Marilyn Thomas has been of great help in getting me up to speed on how to submit completed orders properly on their website. A gentleman named Federico Mercapidez is the first person that contacted me and is always there when I have concerns about work load and directs me to the proper people to get answers. The main person, so I am told, that really holds the operations together is James Weld. He responds well if and when you have to conatct him. Again they are all very helpful and its been a total pleasure to work for this company. I wish I had 20 companies like this at least to work for!

Yes you may have to jump through a few hoops to get started but it is truly worth it, I'd recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again to all the Altisource staff!

Ty Goodman
