Up on the North Shore in Beverly.  Right now there's literally 3 feet of snow outside my window; it snowed in the morning & then rained all the rest of the day making everything just so much worse & it looks like there's more snow on the way.  I can see a few tiny flakes falling out of the sky right now.  Anywhere but Beverly looks pretty good to me at the moment.  Is Virginia a fun place to live?  LOL.  

Also, I used to use Title Pac as my insurance agent & found a way better deal with someone else.  The company they used had very high premiums in comparison to other insurance companies.
