The indemnification/hold harmless provision relates to errors you have made...not to errors made by someone else subsequent to your search and use thereafter. If you are going to strike the provision and initial it make certain that you have written confirmation that your client agrees before you perform the work.
Disclaimers and limitation statement are state specific. What works in one state may not in another. In Connecticut you can not exculpate yourself from liability arising from your negligence by contract, but you can limit the liability to a reasonable amount. The operative word is reasonable.
