And a "Dif-tor heh smusma" to you as well, my friend.  Glad to hear things are going well for you, be sure to give Charlie a pat on the head for me.

We're doing fine as well on this end.  I've been running oil & gas titles all across the state, almost to the exclusion of everything else.  Work has been steady for me through the year past, and it shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon.  It's not uncommon to enter a courthouse around here and find that there's almost no room to move because of all the examiners, landmen and property owners trying to do research.

The move from surface titles has proven to be quite profitable for me, and the best part is that I haven't had to waste time chasing down clients for payment.  These energy companies (at least the ones I've dealt with so far) pay like clockwork, mostly because they're flush with cash and can afford to pay for what they order.
