Latest news: When I cut DTS off from the 3 counties I had online, I told them I would still service them in my other two counties. The response was, "You can't just pick and choose what counties you will do and not do"! I replied that of course I could, EVERY abstractor chooses what counties he will do and not do, just like they choose what counties they will send work to us in, and which ones they will use someone else for. THEY were indignant with ME! They were so upset at being caught in their bald-faced lies and my refusal to do work for them for nothing, they quit sending me work for any county at all. The arrogance and dishonesty of these people is breath-taking.

Since they pay late (90 days out), I have a small window to try to replace the work, but it was 65-70% of my volume. Not looking good so far.
