I had the same experience with DTS. I was doing a significant amount of work for them when the volume suddenly dropped, and all I was getting was judgment searches and the work I knew you could not do online. This was shortly after all counties were required to be online. When confronted with my concerns, they gave me the same message, that they were not doing that, the work had slowed. It was obvious they were being less than truthful, to put it kindly.I no longer work with them, and this is the same DTS out of Winchester. In my opinion, if people would just be upfront about their needs we could all come to a mutual agreement, or not, based on that truth. A business run on deception will fail, and the truth will come into the light.
