I would have to agree. There are Due Process requirements constitutionally guaranteed before anyone can be deprived of their property. The lending institutions created the problem when they made loans to uncredit worthy individuals...made it worse when they used these mortgages to back other securities...and then tried to cut their losses when they failed to observe the legal process. The lending institutions created the problem. They will have to live with the result.
