I watched part of a program on TV a while ago about outsourcing, one of the interesting things they said on the program was that these people in Pakistan or India are trained to treat Americans as if we were five years old.  You don't ask a five year old to do things, you tell them, right?  So the conversation goes something like this -

BOB; "Vhen vill you be sending me the title abstract for 123 Main Street?." 

Me "The abstractor has just completed the search, it needs to be written up be will be sent to you shortly" 

Bob: "So you vill be sending the search in today?":

Me (to myself - 
so what part of "shortly" didn't you understand??????
