I have a way you could get more buisness but initialy your not going to like my idea, but just think about it for a while. I would encourage you not even to respond but just to think.
If a title company has a loan that doesn't close, they loose more than anyone because of the time they have put into the file. If they have to pay an abstractor for that file it really burns. I see on this website every day abstractors thinking title companies are just raking in the $$$; (wake up thats not true).
Here is the trick: Tell your customers if the loan doesn't close, You don't get paid. JUST THINK ABOUT IT...
Here is what I predict. If you do this you will work 3times harder than you do now, but you will make 2times the money...
