We were wondering here why Bevilacqua filed the "try title" case in the first place-- I'm going to guess that someone who purchased a condo from him may have sued him... maybe the one who is in foreclosure.  Did you come across anything that sheds some light on that?

BTW, I updated the story to reflect the fact that Bevilacqua converted it to a condo.
