Francis Bevilacqua bought the property out of a foreclosure &  converted the property into a four unit condo after his purchase.  I ran it out quickly & it appears that all four units have gone out to purchasers for value.  This mess may get even uglier, because it also looks like one of the units is currently  in foreclosure.
