Source of Title Forums: Re: Cheaper and cheaper

I've been doing timeshares for 15 years. I have back title priors (that I did when I worked for the FUND) so they are 5 minute seaches for $30-$35. I sometimes get 10-15 per week. All 30 year searches are min. $100. 40 year $125. If records dont go back they will take 30 if that's as far as I can go. I have other ways now beside the county....
