what is really sad is that in the end.... it is the homeowner who pays for the title seach

Shame on you VMC's executives for sending U.S. title searches overseas to increase your bottom line when you should be keeping the work in the country trying to help our economy. The homeowner pays for the title search and we as American business owners need to help out our fellow American workers now more than ever. I bet the homeowners (if they knew) would NEVER want people overseas responsible for the accuracy of the title search on thier property

How many U.S. title search / abstract companies had to let American employees go over the past few years because of losing work to overseas companies? THIS SHOULD NOT BE.

THESE ARE U.S. Land record searches that are paid for by U.S. homeowners/citizens. IT REALLY NEEDS TO BE AGAINST U.S. TITLE REGULATIONS TO FARM OUT U.S. TITLE SEARCHES OVERSEAS ! ! ! ! ! ! !
