probably not in Tampa. Goggle their address and if it a vacant lot or a P.O. Box next to a liquor store or massage parlor, they are probably overseas and remember their is not recourse for them if they don't pay as well if they only pay you what they want to pay. That has been my experience with other companies. I have not done work for this company.
