I have repeatedly said..  these foreign firms are trying to get all the records electronically from the county recorders.. to bypass the abstracters (the licensed ones who are governed by legislature in each state)  (See attached link, they are here for America.. the real estate records are next).. Bravo..  that is an "index".. not a lawful document abstracters are licensed to pick up in their searches.
