Watch out for virtual addresses. You can type the address in Google. There are times I've found the address provided has listings selling the space as a virtual address. Once I had one that was an art gallery in New York. I called the gallery and they said the potential client used that address for their mail, but no one was ever there working. This is very common for offshore companies trying to purport they are physically located in the USA.
