I worked for them a long time ago, so this information may not be of much use to you. 

If this is the same firm as the one which was headquartered in MI, then they were very professional to work with.  Never had a problem with the orders or payment; and if there were questions they always got answered in a timely manner.  At the time they did a great deal of work for Quicken Loans, so there was plenty of title work but no recordings to do.  Their  turn times were tight, but whose aren't.
