How many?  A lot....if they're getting title reports for $12 (and I think that's high), that totals out to millions of dollars every year.  I think eventually it'll catch up with all of them, but for now, the attorney is right:  It's just a number to the bean counter. 

Most of us self-employed types are dyed-in-the-wool Libertarians (officially or philosophically) and we mostly just want the government to stay out of our way so we can get on with being Capitalists, but I seem to see just as much corruption in the corporate world as in the political world.  It sure tends to make one cynical.
