I know this post is old but just last week did my first search for this company and had to call them because the county they had listed was incorrect for the property. They immediately answered and asked if I wanted to have it reassigned or they'd be glad to pay extra for my wasted time going to the wrong courthouse. Because of the quick response and their immediate willingness to compensate me for my time I went ahead and performed the search for them. Hope to get more work from them in the future.
