As the owner of First Source Title I'm confused about this post. Jason, in what state and what company do you operate under when your doing searches ? I ask because we've been doing business in AL for a couple years now and since then we have always used a company called Abstract Trust Services for all of our exams and we still do today. Also, I just spoke with the person that pays our bills and she said she never spoke with anybody about a post due bill from November or December of last year.   If you have any payment or other concerns relating to my company you can address them directly to me by calling me at 216-986-0970 or emailing me at mimcnamara@firstsourcetitle.com
