WOW thought provoking stuff. I really never thought about the legal description issue, just gave some thought to the records of title transfers etc. It would be interesting to be involved in a venture that helped to rebuild their title plants, etc.
As a pre-teen lived in Japan. Never lived in a place that was more welcoming and we (my family and I) lived at many, many USAF bases stateside and overseas. It was a wonderful experience.
