Source of Title Forums: Re: Am I missing something?

I think the postings are for real. I think there are people don't use the site on a regular basis, but just when they need to know something.Then, rather than checking the forums using the "search messages" option, they just post their inquiry. I don't know this for a fact, but that is my thought!
