I started reading her paper but stopped when she claimed that MERS was started because the county clerk/recorders could not keep up. That's a lie. MERS was started so the banks could save money on recording fees and we all know what damage MERS has caused. They could not keep the information straight and now they can't find the records. The current system has been working pretty well for 200 years and MERS has crashed in just a few years. Think it saved any money?
I wonder if her "research" was funded by Bank of America?
Imagine the mess this idea would create.
