India is now an unnecessary extra expense.  Anyone outsourcing title research there has missed the boat and is a generation behind the curve.

Outsourcing is yesterday when you can automate instead.  Auto-generated title policies with broad, blanket exceptions are the new "in"-thing.

"Smart" title companies allow their clients to log on to a website, provide an address, and get a automatically-generated title report with only one human necessary:  an H1B1-visa worker from India to run the servers.
