Even when they read and try to focus, I wonder if their level of comprehension is sufficient to grasp the matters at hand.  This is oft true of many bulk providers;  they will argue things with you that make no sense. 


One asked me why I included an item with a wrong legal and wrong apn, and my answer was that the property address noted on the mortgage did not match the proffered legal / apn, but did match thre subject property of the search (a fact that I noted clearly on my report).  They demanded that I remove it.  I refused, telling them to pay my bill and then repackage the data on their own report forms in any way they wanted, as my goods were solid.  They didn't use me again.  Their loss.
