You are very correct about the accuracy and quality of the India work.
Over half of all property chains are wrong due to database errors, many of which could be picked up and corrected with a diligent review of other matters shown on the same chains.
I've personally spoken with customer service people here in California who have repeatedly sent property run requests back for re-re-re-review and they are still wrong after being told EXACTLY what needs to be changed, and how to do so. Nine or ten day product delays from this often occur.
Paying people in sweatshops, a few rupees a day with limited knowledge of the field, lower English skills, and no labor standards is a formula for disaster, and it's biting the title firms in the ass with liability and claims, as I've said it would over the long haul.
