Robert, Suggestion for #2 Charitable Donations...we tell them that our employees decide on who they want to support. You will be glad to put that charity's name in your employee's suggestion box for them to decide. If you don't see a check you will know the answer...and oh yea.. they make that decision on January 2 of each year...etc. etc. We never hear from them again.
