I encouraged a long-time client to use India for $10 over a year ago when they wanted extremely cheap service.  They did.

They came back to me after the year and wanted me to do more work at our prior price.  Unfortuantely for them, I had raised my rates recently.  They whined like babies then paid.

I guess that they got what they paid for from  India.  Good for them.  I hope that their shareholders appreciate the money that they saved over 12 months by off-shoring. 

My shareholders appreciate the money that I earn them by not lowering prices for those types of myopic corporate schills.
