Unfortunately a number of the Carribean Islands make money from maintaining secret Swiss style bank accounts and also from treating corporate information of corporations formed in the islands as confidential and non-discoverable. Grand Cayman is unbelieveable. Its primary industries are tourism and banking.Every major bank in the world has a branch in Grand Caymen. When I was there I believe there were approximately 400 banks with offices on the Island. In the days of the Pirates Grand Cayman was know as Tortuga. Guess the Pirates are dressing in business suits these days.
