I have used the ValuAmerica portal for years with various clients. The down side is they charge your credit card the first of every month 3.50 per current owner search. If a document needs to be uploaded there is additional charges. Like others have mentioned Service 1st assigns work through the website, but it takes me 3 months to get paid, ValuAmerica pays the 25th of the month so it seems I always have monies paid out to get work and then I have to wait. The VMC's pay a flat monthly fee. Many VMC's are moving away from ValuAmerica as new products become available.
