A company I do title searches for has recently asked it's examiners to also type out the property description for the commitment on on their site after uploading the title search and copies. From the images of the new section on their site there are also places to fill in the mortgage information, I'm not sure yet if we will be expected to fill in this info also or not. I know the commitments were being outsourced to India, possibly they were screwing them up too often. Whatever the reason I don't feel that typing any part of the commitment is my responsibility and I'm not sure it is covered on my E&Oi insurance. I would like to get some feed back on this situation.
