This sounds like something that's going to put a whole lot of abstractors out of business.  I know a lot of abstractors who get a good amount of their business from re-fi work. 

Seems like the more I read news/posts on SOT the more it seems like the business of searching titles will no longer be a way to make a living.  Everything is heading towards computerized records, e-recording, the lender do it yourself search and more outsourcing.  Where does that leave the abstractor?  It's time do a lot thinking and planning for the future.
